Celebrate the Venetian Carnevale at Opera Tavern

We're excited to announce Opera Tavern's next food and wine pairing event, taking its inspiration from a legendary city; the incomparable, timeless and beautiful - Venice.

It will take place on Sunday 1st March to coincide with the annual Venetian Carnevale.

Ben Tish (our Chef Director) and Opera Tavern's Jamie Thickett and Ben Mullock have created a seven course banquet - putting the Salt Yard Group spin on some popular classics.

Each course will have carefully selected wines that pair harmoniously with each dish. The wine selection takes its inspiration from the North Eastern regions of Italy and will be presented by Co-Founder Simon Mullins.
