Ogier, located at the heart of Chateauneuf du Pape, owns more than 200 acres of vineyards (62 acres in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and 148 acres in the Ardèche). The winery uses advanced technology, knowledge of soil type, as well as ideal viticultural planning, to reveal the purity of its
Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines.

In addition, Ogier’s historic ageing cellar is an essential “tool” in the winemaking process. Three artesian wells, each lined with red sandstone tiles that date to the Middle Ages, provide a permanent, natural, fresh and pure water source that creates perfect humidity and ideal conditions for cellaring wine.

Ogier, a pillar of the Rhône Valley, is built on a strong foundation, understanding of both the Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s Terroirs, as well as the broaderRhône Valley Terroirs. To share this knowledge with our customers, the winery has released the “Expression de Terroir” range: 4 wines of 4 terroirs.

Ogier’s “Expression de Terroir” wines provide the opportunity to understand, experience and taste the impact of the different soils on the aromas and flavors of the wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
