Charcuterie & Beer Pairing

Sourced Market has invited masterful charcutiers Cobble Lane Cured and craft beer purveyors The Bottle Shop to unite and marry cured meats with craft beers. This intimate session will include talks from Cobble Lane’s very own Matt Atkinson and Bottle Shop’s beer sommelier Ric Brown. Each attendee will be tasting six specially selected craft beers to be matched with six different types of charcuterie.
