DUCK ‘N ROLL FROM PASCAL AUSSIGNAC AND CLUB GASCON

New offering to launch at Street Feast’s Hawker House venue from Friday 6th March

Launching for the first time this Friday 6th March at Street Feast’s Hawker House venue, Duck ‘n Roll is the latest venture from Gascon Connection, the team behind Michelin-starred restaurant Club Gascon
Duck ‘n Roll will take over the pop-up restaurant site on the 3rd Floor of Hawker House (currently Breddos tacos) and present a menu centred on one key ingredient - duck or ‘le canard’.

Aimed at serving high quality food within a pop-up / Street Food environment Duck ‘n Roll seeks to expand on the successes of Head Chef Pascal Aussignac from previous ventures including festivals such as Taste of London (3 times winner, ‘Best in Taste’ 2011, 2012, 2014)
“Duck links together all of Gascony and South West France – it’s everywhere. We started Club Gascon as the first French restaurant to serve just ‘small plates’. For me, Duck ‘n Roll is a natural progression – to take duck, to take the smaller plates concept and to present this beautiful ingredient in a better, more interesting way to a wider audience”

Sitting alongside award-winning dishes such as the Marmite Royale & Soldiers the menu at Duck ’n Roll will feature a host of new creations including a Hot Duck Pastrami Roll and a Cornetto of Mussel “Popcorn” with Black Aioli. New specials will be added each weekend, including “Pop-cod” and Crackling slow cooked duck egg with truffle vinaigrette.
Duck ‘n Roll will be trading every Friday and Saturday from 6th March until the 4th April before popping up in a host of new venues throughout the Summer.
