Pause in the City

well being retreat called Pause in the City on Saturday 4th April at St Ethelburga's Centre (think secret garden juxtaposed against the imposing silhouette of the Gherkin!), it's a chance for busy city dwellers to unwind, de-stress and try something new.

We can often forget to take time out to reflect, relax and nourish the mind, body and soul. This daytime retreat provides the opportunity to do just that in a perfect oasis of calm nestled in the heart of the city.

Experiences during the day include: Laughter Yoga, Reiki, Aromatherapy, tips for a Happiness Diet, Mindfulness and Meditation techniques, Food and Drink.
