Direct from last year’s Edinburgh Festival – Zoe Lyons’ critically acclaimed solo show ‘Mustard Cutter’ is set to tour the UK starting on 5th May at Bristol’s Lantern Theatre and culminating at the Colchester Arts Centre on 4th July. ‘Mustard Cutter’ is full of her trademark high energy, brilliantly observed routines and sharply written material. Her ever-growing fan base has come to love her warm and physically animated performances.

She's a familiar face on TV, with credits including: Mock The Week, Pointless Celebrities, Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled and Celebrity Mastermind as well as being a regular on The Wright Stuff. Last year she also appeared as a panelist on Britain Versus The World, hosted by Ed Byrne for Radio 4.

Zoe has also worked extensively abroad including Australia, New Zealand, the Far East and across Europe. Last year she performed the Altitude Festival in Austria (which she will be returning to for a second year) and at the Udderbelly Festival in London for the second time. This July she is set to host a stage at the Latitude Festival. Since 2006 she has run her own very popular monthly night, Bent Double, at the Komedia in Brighton.

Zoe took her first steps on the comedy path after training as an actress at the Poor School in London. She went on to win the Funny Women competition in 2004 and her debut Edinburgh show was nominated for Best Newcomer at Edinburgh Comedy Awards. In 2008 she won Dave’s Funniest Joke of the Fringe award. She has also just been nominated as Best Compere at the Chortle Comedy Awards which takes place in March.
