Kick off the Easter weekend with London’s first photosoirée from Exhibitionists.

Exhibitionists: Photosoirée No.1, is inspired by the Thursday evening tradition of the boozy fun art opening.

The inaugural outing of this quarterly event features the work of Dom Agius, Jonny Dredge and Matthew Stradling.

Dom points his lens and magically extracts a poignant or wry narrative with filmic quality where the rest of us just see everyday life.

Jonny’s pictures in this show are honest, and beauty radiates from their simplicity, distinct from his beautiful, but grittier constructed nudes and daily portraits series.

Matthew’s paintings depict the body in sumptuous detail and now he uses his painterly eye to convert the sometimes challenging content into jewel-hued triptychs.

Their pictures will be displayed in one of the converted shipping containers that make up The Artworks. This creative hub is at the centre of Elephant & Castle’s artistic evolution and sits between the disco destinations Corsica Studios and The Coronet.

In the hip Long Wave Bar across the courtyard, Exhibitionists can throw artistic shapes and unravel their carefully crafted looks with an eclectic DJ set from Stewart Who?

Exhibitionism also applies to you. Dress up. You are a work of art too. Make a show of yourself – you could win a prize.

All the work on show is available to buy in limited edition prints. And pick up Issue No.1 of Exhibitionist fanzine – a future collectors’ item.

When the kids of tomorrow ask, make sure you can say, ‘I was there!’
