The day's program will include:
- Sampling a range of wild food including hop shoots, lime leaves, hogweed, wild garlic and more
- Identifying and cooking with a range of gorgeous edible wild flowers
- Making dolmades, pestos, dressings, dips, salads
- Infusing oils and vinegars with wild flavours
- Learn to dry, gather and store herbal teas
- Delicious lunch of local, organic, wild ingredients
- Take home recipe sheets
