Marking 25 years since his first RIBA ‘Young lions’ lecture, architect Chris Wilkinson looks back over 30 years of practice, the projects that established him and introduces current and soon to be completed work by Wilkinson Eyre - one of the most diverse international project portfolios of any British architectural practice today.
In conversation with the BBC’s Razia Iqbal, Chris discusses his approach to design and how it is influenced by painting and drawing. He will also explain how life in practice has changed from starting out as a young sole practitioner to leading a major international practice with projects across the world.
