Cotton Club Swing Time
It’s the dirty thirties in New York city and time to come dancing with Milo Miles. This unique one off experience will lift your hemlines, shirt tails and spirits.

Learn moves made famous throughout the 1930s. This session starts with a half hour warm-up to get you loosened up for two hours of 30s inspired choreography, all culminating in an ‘Après Dance’ Gin cocktail (or juice)! Enjoy a little escapism, have fun while exercising and get your weekend started with a boost of energy!
