Apart from his great tenor saxophone playing, Pete Hurt is also recognised widely in the jazz community for his outstanding compositional and arranging skills.

He arranged regularly for the BBC Big band and was invited to join the Anglo-American Living Time Orchestra under the direction of George Russell, which toured extensively throughout Europe and the USA. He has composed and arranged for the London Jazz Orchestra for many years. Karamel is proud to present this stellar organisation prior to a forthcoming studio recording.
