Beatriz Sanchís' debut feature is an inspiring film mixing evocative Mexican magic realism with a Movida madrileña 80's style music. Conscious of her approaching death, the pragmatic Paquita invoques her dead son Diego to come back amongst the living to keep an eye on her daughter Lupe and help her take responsibility for the education of her son Pancho.
