Put your best foot forward this May with Royal Mail’s 5km and 10km fun runs in aid of the Stroke Association - Royal Mail’s Charity of the Year.
The runs, which are taking place in Greenwich Park, are perfect for families, friends, children and adults of all ages and abilities who want an exciting day out, to get active and enjoy the spring sunshine. In addition to the run, there will be a series of fun-filled activities throughout the day such as face painting, sack races and the classic, guess the weight of the parcel.
Every penny raised during the day will go to the Stroke Association and will support the Life After Stroke Grants initiative. Life After Stroke Grants support stroke survivors and their families, helping them to overcome some of the most difficult challenges in their lives.
