The children at Actors Alive (age 5-7) have created their own play – with their own stories, their own words and their own design. They’ve even had a go at directing the actors! Now they’re ready with their own production, exploring what it’s like to have the creative power in theatre.

The Monkeys and Hamster-Beavers had a Battle is about a little monkey girl with big ambitions who runs away from home to find her Dad and end a terrible war. Omnibus Actors Alive is our Youth Theatre for children aged 5-15: classes take place every Saturday morning during term time. All the money raised by this performance will go directly to the Education Department at Omnibus. We will use it to progress the experience of our young actors by hosting masterclasses and guest directors, and to work towards an end-of-year show with full production values.
