4 writers read their own work for 7 minutes or less, and are then judged by 3 all-star judges. 2 finalists are chosen to compete in the Literary Death Match finale, a crazy game to decide the winner.
With a spring in our step we're stumbling head-first into London Book and Screen Week with a book and film themed-show at Foyles on Charing Cross Road. Lit brilliance, hijinks, oddity, hilarity and so much in-between await.

Literary Merit: Tess Morris, writer of upcoming British rom-com Man Up (starring Simon Pegg and Lake Bell).
Performance: Joel Morris, comedy writer whose credits include Paddington, Charlie Brooker's Weekly Wipe, A Touch of Cloth, That Mitchell and Webb Look and Viz.
Intangibles: Mark Dolan, broadcaster (on Channel4's Taxi Gags), writer and comedian.
