Mondrian-Inspired Furniture

Come and learn how to transform your chosen piece of furniture into a multicoloured masterpiece, inspired by the colour palette of artist Mondrian, who combined black, white and the three primary colours to create his iconic paintings.

Over the course of two evenings, Rasha, one of our local in-house designers, will guide you through the various steps of creating a beautiful vintage effect for your furniture - these include; preparing the surface of your piece, the application of special painting methods, distressing techniques, and professional finishing.


WHAT YOU NEED:
* A piece of furniture, made of wood, which you can easily transport - for example, a chair, small set of drawers, a bedside cabinet, small side table, frame, mirror, or small shelves. Items can be stored at Goldfinger Factory between sessions.
* We will provide all of the other materials and tools you will need for the task but we recommend you come in warm clothes for painting and shoes suitable for a workshop environment.
