Fulham Palace and the 606 Club are delighted to present
another summer weekend of live music featuring some of the finest musicians in the world.

Situated in delightful surroundings on the main lawn of the Palace, this is a real "Summer Treat". Bring a picnic, a bottle of wine and enjoy some great jazz under the stars.

Friday 31st July 7:30pm

Tony O’Malley is unquestionably one of the most charismatic vocalists working in the UK, with a vast CV that includes stints with the iconic band 10CC as well as his own seminal Jazz/Funk band Kokomo. With 7 CD’s to his name, Tony’s brand of jazz-tinged contemporary soul and blues is really stunning, with his fabulous, smoky, velvety growl of a voice delivering original “soulful” material and choice covers in inimitable style. Backed by his amazing 6-piece band, which includes not one but two guitarists(!), this is an awesome show guaranteed to bring a sparkle to any Friday night.

“…O’Malley is one of the UK’s most undersung vocal performers...the songs drenched in the deep soulful spirit that characterises everything he touches…one of the UK’s hottest properties” Jazzwise Magazine

Saturday 1st August 7:30pm

Kevin Fitzsimmons is a terrific vocalist with a charismatic presence who performs in a style that is very much “straight-ahead”, hard-swinging jazz. His album “Show Me The Way” was released in 2013 to considerable critical acclaim, and he’s enjoyed sell-out shows at festivals and venues around the UK, including the 606 Club & Ronnie Scott’s. His programme tonight will feature sassy new versions of jazz standards by Mercer, Strayhorn, Jobim & Legrand plus a few covered by Sinatra, jazz arrangements of classic pop recordings (by the likes of The Beatles, Sam Cooke, Paul Weller, Billy Preston) and brilliant originals. Kevin’s 7-piece band is also worl- class, boasting a three-horn front line led by Ronnie Scott saxophonist Alex Garnett and featuring one of the UK’s leading trumpeters, Steve Fishwick. This promises to be a vibrant evening full of sophistication and verve!

“Lovers of the jazz vocal mainstream have another star to follow” Jazzwise Magazine;
“His voice is an irresistible mix of Sinatra, Bennett & Buble, backed by a world class band”
JAZZ FM;
“Rich voice, mature phrasing and a superb sense of swing” Jazz Camera
