Walthamstow Garden Party

The Walthamstow Garden Party is a very special free festival weekend event delivered by Barbican, Create London, the London Borough of Waltham Forest and Real Food Festivals

This year will be the third event from this team partnership following the huge success of the first event at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and last year at Walthamstow, making full use of the landscape of Lloyd Park, home to the award-winning William Morris Gallery.

Once again, for 2015 we will be filling the park with an eclectic mix of non-stop entertainment, with top international music, dance and theatre acts as well as arts & crafts, food and family activity.

We are also working alongside Appetite, a new festival that celebrates and showcases art and food in specific localities. After launching the festival in 2013 with great success in Waltham Forest, Appetite headed to Nunhead, South East London to give a stage to local food businesses, food producers, growers, cooks, artists, designers and writers to express and share their passion for the culinary with creativity.
