Pret a Diner 'The Bohemians'

Honoured by the invitation from The Club at Café Royal, the exclusive private member’s club located within Hotel Café Royal, the entourage of PRET A DINER is now preparing for the next leg of their journey, their comeback to the UK. To celebrate the tempting art of dining and to praise the inspiring clash of cultures.

Hotel Café Royal’s Executive Chef, Andrew Turner will team up with two New York based chefs Patti Jackson (Michelin star restaurant, Delaware and Hudson in Brooklyn) and West Village resident Ryan Tate (formerly at Blenheim and Le Restaurant where he garnered a Michelin star within six months of opening his latter establishment). All chefs will create a combined sharing selection of snacks, followed by one course from each chef forming a four-course menu. Tiziano Tasso, Bar Manager of The Club at Café Royal, is to collaborate with Dominic Jacobs (The Whip, Mayfair) to create a range of cocktails, inspired by the original Café Royal cocktail book, compiled in 1937.
