It's time to ditch the woolly jumper in favour of a far more interesting part of the sheep, succulent celebratory Spring lamb.
The definitive Springtime delicacy, and currently in its prime; join Smoke & Salt for a run-down of the best this glorious season has to offer. As it is, it's not just about the sheep, Spring is a time for all things vegetable-y to burst through the topsoil; greens, shoots and salads have all been awoken by the warmth.
Smoke & Salt have found a new home this month in the foodie destination of Hackney. We are so excited to be cooking at this wondrous and airy space next door to Hackney Empire. The guys who run the space also happen to be talented barkeeps, offering creative cocktails and beer pairings.
