A classic G&T might not be the tonic for everyone; guests to Gin Mare’s Mediterranean Garden can enjoy an exclusive range of cocktails with a twist. The bar will serve a contemporary take on the much-loved G&T, the Hixter G&T, served with a wedge of succulent mango and a grind of black pepper - a world first. Alongside an Onion Gimlet containing Parmegiano Reggiano cheese cordial and finally a mouth-watering twist on the ultra smooth classic Perfect Martini.
