Workshop will be focused on food science and technology. Campden BRI provide the food and drink industry with the practical scientific, technical and advisory services needed to ensure product quality

London based Cinnamon Bridge accelerator is now launched with a 4 month programme to support 20 new food brands annually together with a strong set of business partners covering areas of relevant expertise, including branding, FMCG sales and marketing, research and finance.

As a part of the Cinnamon Bridge acceleration programme, series of group workshops are available for public.

The second Cinnamon Bridge workshop will be focused on food science and technology. Our experts provide the food and drink industry with the practical scientific, technical and advisory services needed to ensure product safety and quality, process efficiency and product and process innovation. During the speeches practical food scientists will walk through the most common mistakes in product development and will help start-ups to identify the potential risks and problems that they might face.

The product development workshop will be focused on practical evaluation of the viability of few different ideas and ways of performing it on your start-up resources. R&D experts will help you understand the possible weaknesses in each product and how to make sure that you are prepared. We will walk through the process of preparing to scale up the production from your kitchen to commercial quantities and help you to understand the most common threats for early stage food businesses who are trying to do it.

It will be an opportunity to listen to a unique case study of SaVse smoothies - the successful brand that used disruptive innovation to succeed and get both – sales and funding in a surprisingly short time.

Meet and mingle amongst other food and beverage entrepreneurs who are producing something delicious and unique!

One of the first Food Startup focused events in London with a special workshop to understand the depths of the food science, production and health and safety.
