MC Angel
An absolute beacon of positivity and heavy weight in the women in hip-hip scene within the UK, yes ladies and gentlemen, it can only be MC Angel! She's a multi-dimensional rapper, spoken word artist, event curator and most notably part of the Lyrically Challenged Collective who draws you into her world with her raw, open and honest performance and plus content. Be here to witness her wonderful energy.....

ShortMan
Someone have the fire brigade on speed dial because it is about to get hot! The ultra dynamic rapper, poet, spoken word artist and more that is ShortMan who's worked with the likes of Michelle Escoffery and Ty will be setting the mic on fire for Congo. A diverse performer who simply shines light on the realness of life with his high octane and contagious energy. If you don't know, now you know....

Empress Imani
This ridiculous amount of talent, energy, positivity and consciousness will be gracing the stage so act like you know! The awrd-winning singer, lyricist and spoken word artist that is Empress Imani will be spilling forth lyrics that are full of empowerment, positive vibrations, truth and enlightenment so make sure you're ready to hear!

Community Presentation
KMT aka Ian Solomon Kawall
best known for his music, energetic performance and DJing, the founder of May Project Gardens - a community based food-growing project - will be here doing a wonderful and inspiring presentation on sustainability and the environment. Expect to get involved and be inspired!

Sid Mercutio
A new edition to this event as our resident DJ is Sid Mercutio - also a music producer with a recently released album. Be here to relax and chill as he spins some serious vibes before the performances begin....

There's open mic so for those who want to join in the fun so sign up early!

As always, there will be a delicious vegan banquet for you to enjoy together for only £3 per plate. Arrive early to eat and relax because once the food's gone, it's gone!

10% of the door money will go towards Panzi Hospital in Eastern Congo - a safe haven for women and children who are survivors of extreme sexual abuse. So far we've raised £2,589 for this place which has enabled the doctors and nurses to save live and keep the hospital open. It's also helped women gain the courage to speak out against rape so let's continue to join them in the fight for justice, freedom and more.
