Trumpeters’ House sits between the Thames and Richmond Green on the old site of Richmond Palace - where Queen Elizabeth I spent her last moments. Named for the 2 statues of trumpeting figures that adorned the gates of the old Palace, the famous property opens its beautiful gardens to The Poppy Factory and guests for the first public open day of the summer.
All proceeds will be donated to The Poppy Factory, a local charity that supports disabled veterans into meaningful and sustainable employment.
