Struie Road at Workshop Coffee Co.

The acclaimed Wild Game Co.’s monthly pop-up dining event Struie Road will return on 29th May In collaboration with Workshop Coffee, there will be an accomplished and seasonal eight-course menu entirely sourced from their native region of the Highlands. The evenings are set to be a gastronomic delight not to be missed.

Dishes on this unique menu will feature Scottish traditional seasonal fair with a modern twist. Diners can enjoy haggis with horseradish and potatoes skins, earl grey salmon gravlax and red braised spring pigeon among other delicacies. A creative cocktail menu will also be on offer, featuring several foraged cocktails with locally picked ingredients including nettles and berries.
