Sophie Parr, a 24 year old, vivacious redhead from Somerset, lived life to the full and loved music, especially Bollywood. In the 16 days between her diagnosis and her passing, Sophie set up a blog that raised money for Macmillan. In 2012, more than 1,000 people in 6 sites around the world, including Malaysia and Australia, took part in honour of Sophie and others like her affected by cancer. Since then we have raised thousands for Macmillan, together with sizeable sums for charities in Australia and Malaysia.

In 2015, the aim is to be bigger and better than before, people this year would gather in Spitalfields. They will be joined by teams around the world who will all perform the routine simultaneously to make the event a world record for the largest ever multi-site Bollywood dance!! There will be dance captains to teach the routine on the day and celebrity appearances to cheer on the crowd.
