This time we have the celebrated chef Alex Motture of 'The Pickled Fork'.
Alex is Australian born with a great working history of restaurants and chefs across the UK and abroad. He is best known for his incredibly inventive cooking style and using the vegetables he grows in his own allotment to produce some of his dishes.
He says his main ambition currently is "to share and make the most of his creative cooking style with the London foodies, meeting and greeting as many likeminded people as humanly possible".

Sipsmiths ‘sipping vodka’ cured sea trout, nettle sorbet, toasted oat & barley crumble, pickled Alexander’s & pollen.
Dorset coal cooked asparagus, air dried pork cheek, salt baked jersey royals, hot smoked duck egg mayonnaise & alfalfa sprouts.
‘Lamb 3 Way’ BBQ neck fillet, pulled lamb belly rillettes & crispy pickled lamb’s tongue, watercress & radish salad, cold smoked kipper vinaigrette.
Wild fennel & Thyme sorbet, almond & lemon verbena flapjack, whipped Cornish goat’s curd, borage honey.
The usual Vallebona team will be there to make the night unforgettable and as always a great selection of wines!
