After a hugely successful opening earlier this year, the Latino-inspired bar & restaurant, El Patron, will again be shaking things up, with the launch of London’s first Mexican brunch parties.

Every Saturday from 23rd May, El Patron will be transforming their quirky downstairs bar into a full-on day-time fiesta, featuring bottomless José Cuervo frozen margaritas and a build-your-own breakfast burrito menu, whilst a live band and other Latin entertainers will ensure a party vibe from start to finish.

For an authentic experience, party brunchers will get to sample El Patron’s famous tortilla chips served with a selection of delicious dips to start, before they will get to create their own perfect breakfast burrito, choosing between bespoke fillings such as the Secret Guacamole, Crispy Bacon, Salsa Verde, Fried Egg, Pinto Beans and gooey Cheese. Then, truly decadent, sugar sprinkled, crispy Churros, served with warm chocolate sauce will arrive on the tables to complete the mouth-watering meal, and guests will get to wash it all down with endless frozen margaritas.

As diners arrive, they are led down the mosaic painted stairs to high tables decked with eccentric Mexican props, such as sombreros, stick-on moustaches and colourful ponchos, to set the scene. In true Mexican style, El Patron’s party piñata will challenge everyone’s skills in the ultimate party game, and with a feisty dancefloor and a cheeky photo booth for sombrero selfies, the party will go on till the last Mexican falls. Featuring a drinks menu with over 60 different tequila brands, it will be an adventure for even the most experienced brunch goer.

El Patron offers drinking and dining in a fun setting throughout the week and with their house band on Friday evenings and resident DJs on Saturdays, guests will be dancing until dawn. The décor features reclaimed brick and brightly coloured wooden shutters line the walls, as does a striking skull mural in authentic Mexican style. El Patron is also the perfect place for any type of celebration, where group bookings receive a party box at their table full of Mexican props and moustaches.

So set your Saturday alarm clock early, and join El Patron and his amigos for London’s first Fiesta Los Brunchos..
