Lead with Passion Master Class

After the success of the first class that ran in 2013, this two hour interactive session aims to make you and/or your director’s better leaders within your business.

Why should this be of interest? As businesses grow and staff numbers increase it is important to be able to inspire and lead a team to build a culture where people are motivated and successful. We operate in a diverse, fast paced environment and we must learn that to lead we must be flexible and as much as possible understand other cultures that are shaping the world around us. Leading people is an art that all managers and directors should master and this two hour master class will help you do just that.

During the session, Craig Goldblatt will share a truly inspirational session focusing on five core pillars:

1. The Power of Purpose: How do you connect and contribute to other groups of people?

2. Our Identity: This involves asking some direct questions to analyse sense of self and who you are as a Leader.

3. Beyond Beliefs: Once we start to look at our Beliefs, Values, Rules and Rewards we change and grow at an internal level.

4. Taking Dramatic Action: What do we do on a daily basis? What changes can you make to make you a better leader?

5. Embracing our Environment: One common way to improve our life is by changing our environment.

From Craig: Inspiring audiences has taken me to many countries to experience many cultures. My biggest learning is that within our soul we all have the power and energy to achieve and feel truly fulfilled. When people do not know their reason for being, they find themselves constantly being lead not leading and are mostly controlled by external factors. This then diminishes their power to act and to create their own success. Every single one us is meant to shine. I am a rare speaker who has an abundance.
