Why Not People? Launch Event

BBC Radio 1’s Jameela Jamil is thrilled to announce the launch event for Why Not People? UK’s first music and events members club for people living with disabilities, on July 1st at the Troxy. Tinie Tempah will headline the launch gig, featuring appearances from F2Freestylers, dance troupe Flawless and other Why Not People? ambassadors & surprise acts.

Why Not People? has been created to host accessible live gigs and events to enhance the experience for its members and their friends. These showcase events are designed to help impact significant change in society for the 11.8 million people living with disability in the UK – helping to solve the issues often faced when booking and attending live events.

Technology such as the SubPac will be featured at the event. This high-fidelity immersive audio device delivers low frequencies directly into the body and provides the physical experience to music, movies, games and more.
