The Mud Run 2015

Pond dips, tyre running, slip 'N' slides and much more all in aid of St Luke's Hospice

St Luke's Hospice and Spartan Fam have joined forces to bring you the Mud Run 2015:

Taking part in the heart of Harrow, this action packed family event promises to be the muddiest fun you've ever had.

On the day, participants over 14 will be ducking and diving, jumping and climbing over 15 obstacles on a 5km course.

Starting at Bannisters Leisure Centre on Uxbridge Road, the course takes you into Harrow's beautiful countryside where you will be faced with obstacles that include Pond Dips, Tyre Running, Box Hurdles, Slip 'N' Slides, Hidden Tracks, Mud Tunnels, Fitness Zone, Leopard Crawl, Tug of War, Tyre Tossing, Stretcher Racing, Cargo Nets, Crawling Nets and Rope Swings.

Take part as an individual or take part in teams. You can even take part in fancy dress (always a winner when you're looking for sponsors)! Everyone who enters the Mud Run will receive a goody bag and medal on completion. There will also be prizes for the top fundraisers!

Sign up before 31st August to receive our early bird discount prices from just £15. We ask all participants to raise a minimum of £110 in sponsorship.

After the event you can join your friends and family, who have come to cheer you on, at the event village where you will find hot food, drinks and entertainment
