Club de Fromage - Live Aid: 30th Anniversary Special

It’s almost 30 years to the day since Sir Bob and co. held the legendary, star studded, dual-venue charity concert, Live Aid, watched by a global audience of 1.9 billion. To mark this landmark anniversary Slow Alfie and the Fromage gang will paying tribute to this historic event by playing tracks from the artsits who appeared at Live Aid, including Queen, David Bowie, Status Quo, Adam, Ant, The Beach Boys, Madonna, Bruce Springsteen, Tina Turner, Run DMC and of course Band Aid. Sadly we can’t stretch to holding a US leg of Club de Fromage in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for a live link up like the real thing.

As well our charitable superstars of yesteryear you can also expect to hear artists such as Bon Jovi, Britney, Megan Trainor, Bruno Mars, Backstreet Boys, Elton John, Elvis, Abba, Spice Girls, Will Smith, MJ, Charli XCX, Blur, Tiffany, Katy Perry, The Killers, Take That and much, much more

Door Policy: Dress as Freddie Mercury, Bob Geldolf, Adam Ant or any other artist that appeared at Live Aid, or just go for your best 1985 outfits. Everyone in fancy dress gets to Queue Jump! Anyone wearing an “I Ran The World” T Shirt gets in for half price.

Other Info: We’re celebrating the 30th anniversary of the legendary Live Aid concert with our own homage to the historical 80s event. Dress as your favourite performer who appeared at Live Aid or just don your fave 80s outfit. Don’t forget, anyone in fancy dress gets to jump the queue, and we’ll be giving away a meat pie in our world-famous raffle, plus the Golden Alfie award for best fancy dress costume, and we'll be looking for an air guitar hero from the crowd to join us onstage!
