The Mile - A 'Gentlemanly' Motorcycle Race and Exhibition in the Grounds of Kefington Hall, London. Saturday the 4th of July - Gates open at 10am.
We believe that motorcycles are meant to be ridden. The Mile is a ‘Gentlemanly’ motorcycle race and exhibition for the men and women who share our ideology. A unique and intimate affair, to ‘run what you brung’! All set in the beautiful grounds of the 18th century Kefington Hall, near Orpington London, on Saturday the 4th of July.
The race is a 1/4 mile grass track sprint race, but ‘The Mile’ is much more - it’s a celebration of motorcycling, racing, custom machines, music, British motor-sports heritage and the British summertime. Gates open at 10am, racing starts at 12pm, with bands playing throughout the day, hosted by Bolt London. At the end of the day, when the kick stands are down, we’ll toast the racers at the Podium Garden Party cocktail, hosted by Mount Gay Rum.
If you have a classic or custom motorcycle, consider entering it into the race or the exhibition. If you’re arriving on 4 wheels, enter it in the Paddock - the public exhibition, hosted by the Classic Car Club.
We are proud to support the Movember Foundation, who are doing great things to advance mens health.
Join us to celebrate, race, exhibit, spectate and rub shoulders with those with a similar passion. Plan for a day at the races, bring the family, invite your friends and polish your motorcycle for a day at The Mile.
