A four week residency from Lee Skeet at Hackney Empire's new food and drink venue 'Stage 3'

A five course set menu will be served featuring the finest of the days seafood landed in Devon & Cornwall, and whisked up to London in time for dinner service the same evening. The menu will change slightly throughout the month, reflecting the best available produce each day, but will feature among others, lobster, oysters, razor clams, crab and turbot, all for just £38 per person
