Join Maria Lua and her friends for a night of cosmic music, art and healing in an openhearted Summer Celebration of Joy!

It is now high summer and the union of Sun and Earth, of God and Goddess, has produced the First Harvest. Lammas is the celebration of this first Grain Harvest. A time for gathering in and giving thanks for abundance, to enjoy the fruits of the wishful seeds we planted during the Winter’s solstice.

The evening of festivities is designed to stimulate your heart chakra, starting with a joyous and (as always) humorous folk set from Ryan Spielman, followed by Maria Lua with her sweet voice, electric guitar, and songs of gratitude from her new album “Yes! Thank You! Yes!”.

We will then be graced with the gorgeous Cate Mackenzie, love coach extraordinaire, who will be leading us all in a mini workshop of love, followed by

an electro-fusion offering from trip-hop trio Little Manitou, stepping up the beat, and finally opening the floor for an uplifting trance DJ set from talented London-based DJ Daniele Lo Presti. This is where tables are pushed back and dancing commences into the night…

So if you like live music, dancing and celebrating just for the joy of it, this is a night for you! Don’t miss it!

Maria Lua is a folk-inspired singer, songwriter, musician and performer. As the daughter of hippy musicians she was encouraged from a young age to sing her heart out and write music that sprung from her soul. This developed into her own unique style of melodic folk pop, with strong feminine influences from The Cranberries, Enya, La Roux and Joan Baez.

She will be joined by her all-girl band – Emma Hiles on percussion and Uju on vocals!
