Your instincts are your gut feelings, your intuition. It ‘knows’ what you need, what’s right and what to do. It’s like having your own GPS that tells you how to get to your destination. It also enables you to understand yourself as well as others more accurately.

It’s free and available at all times, although you may not hear it over the noise around you and in your head.

But if you don’t listen to your instinct, you deny yourself valuable feedback and guidance. How to tune in and tap into your instinct to discover what it’s telling you, loud and clear?
