Abubilla Music presents Lorelai

Lorelai was founded in Cambridge two years ago by Sophie Grant and Joshan Chana. They were soon joined by Iona, Archie, Yannick and Josh to became a six-piece. They started out covering soul and RnB classics before moving on to writing their own music. Their sound is a soul/pop/funk fusion, featuring close harmonies and alto sax breaks. Last October they released their first EP, 'View From Here', which received airtime on BBC Introducing Cambridgeshire. Now based in London, they are soon to be back in the studio to record their follow up, their first LP and are look forward to a summer of festival performances including The Secret Garden Party and Cambridge Folk Festival.
