Castello Cheese & Ed's Easy Diner Team Up For 'Bacon Blues' Burger

Castello, the UK’s leading specialty cheese brand, have partnered with Ed’s Easy Diner to create a limited edition, mouth-watering new burger, ‘Bacon Blues’.

Available as the July ‘Burger of the Month’ across 40 of Ed’s Easy Diner restaurants nationwide, this delicious creation launches Castello’s latest product: Burger Blue slices. The succulent and flavoursome taste of Ed’s tender beef patty is perfectly complimented by the full-bodied and rich flavour of Castello Burger Blue, making it a real treat for diners across the country. Each slice has been cut to the perfect thickness and size to melt to a beautifully creamy texture over the burger.

The burger is topped off with strips of bacon, a slice of tomato, onion rings, dill pickle, and a dollop of Ed’s Easy Diner’s infamous sauce, to add the perfect finishing touches to this brand new offering.
