The Fitness Festival is the UK's Largest Family Friendly Fitness Event. They combine Festival Fun with Fitness Events & Activities to inspire thousands to get active and involved in sport.

With a combination of Fun 5 & 10km Running events which include coloured paint, water guns and live music;

Those who come to visit will also find a large variety of Exhibitors, Free Workshops & Live Demos from Parkour to Yoga. If you want a little bit more you can access the VIP Area, which has a variety of exclusive bars, pop up urban- beach eateries and of course- The Active Area, which you will have unlimited access to all of the Attractions, including Obstacle Courses, Wipeout & Gladiator style Games for adults and children.

As well as Fitness Challenges which are a combination of Biggest Loser style challenges to test your strength and endurance; as well as our superman/woman competitions, which will see our real life super hero competitors tackle gladiator style tasks to win the coveted title of Super Man- or Woman.
