Free Body Image And Confidence Workshops For Women

The workshops will include discussions about sexuality, and learning some basic burlesque moves such as strutting, posing, pouting and shimmying. We will be using props, but there will be no nudity. On the 19th we will make a small routine, and perform to each other, we will support each other and celebrate how fabulous each one of us is.

The workshops will be used to support research I am doing for my MA dissertation, which is looking at how the art form, burlesque, can help develop female intergenerational relationships.
