BollyGOOD is a global Bollywood dance-off party in honour of Sophie Parr, a vivacious 24-year old redhead who tragically died of cancer in 2010. After last year’s world record attempt for the most people dancing simultaneously to a Bollywood routine - BollyGOOD is back and bigger than before. Now being celebrated in three continents - it promises to be an memorable occasion for thousands in London.

It will be a family-friendly fun filled day with lots of activities, with the main event being a synchronized dance routine performed by all of you. So If you've ever watched a video of a spontaneous-looking flash-mob dance and longed to get involved - now is your chance. The team behind BollyGOOD have devised a routine that will be performed en-masse to support Cancer charity Macmillan and youth development charity Teens and Toddler.

Since 2012, thousands of people from all over the world, from Belfast and Melbourne, took part in honour of Sophie and others like her affected by cancer. Since then we have raised thousands of pounds for Macmillan Cancer Support, together with sizeable sums for local charities around the world - and had a great time doing it.

So it'd be great if you could come to Victoria Embankment Gardens on Saturday July 25, 2.30pm-4.30pm, or Old Spitalfields Market on Sunday July 26, 12.30pm-2.30pm to shake your stuff in unison for a great cause. Get there half an hour early to make sure you know the drill. The event is free but optional tickets can be brought for £10 and donations are welcome on the day or online!

We'll see you on the dance floor to make a difference!
