BoxCode: Box4Life open day

As Box4Life (B4L) marks the start of its 6th year, the group is celebrating with a revamp ! Ee would like to invite you attend BoxCode, the Grand Re-launching of Box4Life, on Saturday 18th July. We have a whole host of activities planned for the day:

1. Non contact boxing
There will be a sample taster of what takes place at weekly boxing sessions – and we will have some of our qualified boxing teachers at hand to slip on those gloves for you and answer any of your burning questions.

2. CoderDojo – showing coding as a force for positive change
CoderDojo is a global network of free programming clubs for young people - and Box4Lifr will be launching their own at this Saturday’s Open Day, between 2pm and 5pm.

It is a fantastic campaign where young people can learn to code, develop websites, apps, programs, games and explore technology in a creative and friendly environment. Following the initial launch, the programme will run monthly on a Saturday afternoon, and is FREE to attend.

3. Prizes and Raffle
We will be hosting a raffle, with some great prizes to be won for the children and whole family.
