FREE ACTIVITIES at Central Park
Avoid holiday boredom this summer with free activities at Central Park. From traditional exercises such as led bike rides and cheerleading to quirkier sessions like Parkour dance, Haka and Self Defence, there is something to pique everyone’s interest. All of the sessions are FREE and are part of the ParkLives Programme delivered by Coca-Cola Great Britain, Newham Council and activeNewham.

Check out the range of activities going on in Central Park on Tuesday below:

10 am – 1 pm – Female only, led bike rides
12-1 pm – Cheerleading
12-1 pm – Bollywood
12:15-1:15 pm - Haka
1:15-2:15 pm - Streetdance
2:30-3:30 pm Self Defence and Fitness
2-3 pm – Parkour Dance
3-4 pm – Self Defence and Fitness
