Set against the backdrop of the City, see London Contemporary Theatre’s adaptation of William Shakespeare’s hilarious comedy of love - Twelfth Night in Broadgate Circle Saturday 1st and Saturday 15th August at 7pm

From the team behind the outdoor spectacular “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, immersive theatre experience “Macbeth in Pitch Black” & the highly commended UK tour of “Danny the Champion of the World”, London Contemporary Theatre are proud to present this much loved classic tale.

Orsino loves Olivia whom won’t give him the time of day. Olivia loves Viola whom she thinks is a boy. Viola loves Orsino who doesn’t know she’s a girl. Malvolio loves being in love, and Andrew, Toby Belch, and Maria love life to its fullest. It is a joyful and chaotic jumble of confusion, but this hilarious cast of characters, in the end, find love where they least expect it.

With themes of love, mistaken identity and the uncertainty of gender, this new version of one of Shakespeare’s finest is sure to please an audience of all ages. This able cast brings the play into the modern day, making the text accessible for any one that constantly attends Shakespeare’s or the first timer. Guaranteed fun for all attending.
