Glorious Grouse and Rhone Valley Wine Gourmet Night

August 12, known as the Glorious Twelfth, marks the open of the Grouse hunting season. To mark the occasion, The Jugged Hare is hosting a very special dinner to highlight the best in game meat and wine.

The dinner will serve as a perfect celebration of the start of the season, with the famous and delicious grouse being placed front and centre. You’ll be able to experience firsthand the tender and rich flavours of Britian’s premier game dish. Also, you’ll be available to pair your meal with a wine from the French Rhone Valley, a district renown for its red, white and rose wines, handpicked by our connoisseurs.
