Reggie Washington presenting works from his new album “Rainbow Shadow - A Live Tribute to Jef Lee Johnson” with DJ support from your host with the absolute most aka Jazzheadchronic, dropping a pre and post concert jazz-inspired soul, funk and groove set.
Bassist Reggie Washington was a key participant in the Modern Jazz revolution of the 80’s and 90’s. He became known touring, recording and performing with the likes of Steve Coleman, Branford Marsalis, Roy Hargrove, Chico Hamilton, Oliver Lake, Cassandra Wilson, Don Byron, Jean-Paul Bourelly, Lester Bowie and Ronald Shannon Jackson + Many more.
