Charlotte Mei presents 'HAVE FUN'

Artist and ceramicist Charlotte Mei presents her first solo exhibition and pop up shop at Boxpark this summer. 'HAVE FUN' showcases brand new paintings, ceramics and textiles which embrace the silly and the serious, exploring modern life and human nature with a subversive eye and an ethos of playfulness.

On Monday 3rd August Charlotte will be putting on an air drying clay workshop. You will be guided step by step in how to work with your clay, and then can let your imagination take you on a journey! Create dragons or dogs, sloths or selfies with air drying clay, decorate them all the colours of the rainbow and take them home to brighten up your house.

To celebrate the launch of ‘HAVE FUN’ from 6pm - 9pm Thursday evening, electronic producer and DJ Ryan Hemsworth will be treating us to an exclusive live streamed DJ set, with support from Bo en and JACK댄스 along with complementary drinks courtesy of Heineken.


Charlotte’s pop-up will be in Unit 26 from 3rd - 9th August and you can catch her work at BOXPARK throughout the month of August.
