Fleisch: Life Drawing and Exhibition Experience

Fleisch is the first in a string of informal life drawing classes and exhibition opportunities which will be held in Gallery 320, situated in the bustling street of Bethnal Green Road. The event offers two packages, the Full Day Package and the Half Day Package which are tailored to suit beginners in life drawing through to experienced artists in a relaxed environment.

The event will be led by practicing artist Oliver Durcan and the friendly Reighype team. Oliver’s work focuses on portraiture and the role of contemporary identity unsung traditional imagery and media. Oliver has exhibited with institutions such as the National Portrait Gallery, Royal Institute of Oil Painters, Royal British Artists and has won awards such as the Winsor & Newton Oil Painters Award. The event will be featuring professional model Yoko Ishiguro.

Full Day Package

The Full Day Package beginning at 12pm consists of an introduction and artists talk from the tutor and practicing artist Oliver Durcan with a lunch time reception with an alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage of your choice included in the price. The package consists of a four hour life drawing session led by Oliver featuring professional life drawing model Yoko Ishiguro with all artists materials and a sketchbook included. Oliver and team will offer one to one advice and encouragement throughout the session.

All this culminates in an optional opportunity to exhibit your work in a one night exhibition that is open to the pubic with drinks available to purchase from the Fleisch bar.

Half Day Package

The Half Day Package commences at 1pm with a four hour life drawing session. No artist materials are provided in this package. Limited materials can be purchased within the event.

All this culminates in an optional opportunity to exhibit your work in a one night exhibition that is open to the pubic with drinks available to purchase from the Fleisch bar.
