In this 4 week course you will be guided to a still space within through the power of breath, sound and visualisation.

There will be two meditations; the first focusing on your body and energy field, the second journeying deeper to connect within.

We will also experience a sound bath which can be very powerful when in an expanded state of awareness.

Our intention for these sessions is to facilitate moving our attention away from the busy mind, into the body and into the heart. This is where the real magic can occur, where there is no limitation.

During this course you will learn to:

experience a state of balance and equipoise to enhance well being
release stress to create more flow within and in your life
access and strengthen an inner space of clarity and sanctuary
expand your awareness of energy
journey to connect with your inner peace and power

about the teacher:

Kristina has practiced meditation for over 20 years and over the last 4 years she has been focusing on facilitating guided meditation groups with the intention of guiding people toward a space of empowerment, joy and transformation. Kristina completed a degree in psychology, a career in the fashion marketing world and juggled raising three children. She used meditation as avital resource to stay calm and balanced with the pressure of full time work and managing a busy household. With a deepening pull towards the esoteric, meditation became more significant as a tool to learn more about herself and the work. Inspiration led to her beginning to hold meditation groups, and these have grown organically, through word of mouth.
