This unique workout combines the elements of Pilates, Yoga, Resistance Training and Ballet into a highly effective regime performed on the mat and at a ballet barre.

The technique utilises the body's own resistance. This will help you achieve a long, lean dancer's body.

This low impact, total body workout lifts the seat, tones the thighs, flattens the abs and sculpts the arms whilst protecting the joints.

Barre will improve posture, flexibility, stamina and core strength.

Stretches are performed after each strength building exercise in an ‘interval’ style workout to ensure the muscles are evenly elongated. Each exercise starts at a graceful pace and then speeds up, giving everyone of all abilities the chance to follow.

Barre Fitness is a fun and challenging way to get fit which blends the movement and technique of Ballet with the precision of Pilates and the stretch of Yoga. Each class delivers an energising and effective work out for the entire body, helping alignment whilst strengthening the core and toning the muscles.
